How the work is handled
Distributor model
A clear route for routine products and larger programs.
Routine privacy products ship through our distributor partners to their distribution center or preferred destination. Tri-Tex does not sell routine privacy products directly to individual medical offices.
Qualified installation is reserved for broader coordinated work: a Healthcare scope bundled into a larger project, or a substantial hospital or facility program requiring hundreds of tracks and curtains.

Routine products and replacements.
Stocked or selected fabrics, COM review, fabrication, track, accessories, labeling, packing, and shipment to the distributor's approved destination.
Bundled project scope
Part of a larger package.
Healthcare curtains and track can be coordinated and installed when included in a broader Senior Living or Healthcare project.
Facility-scale program
Large coordinated installations.
Substantial hospital or facility programs may include field verification, material planning, fabrication, track and curtain installation, punch, and turnover.

Fabric choices and performance details are checked before release.

Before we quote

Large installation requests also need plans, location, scale, and a field schedule.
We will confirm whether the request is routine distributor supply, part of a bundled project, or large enough for facility-scale installation.
