Tri-Tex Enterprises is a Texas-based manufacturer and fabricator of textile solutions for complex, high-visibility projects. With more than 50 years of experience, we partner with owners, designers, and operators who need precision, scale, and accountability—not hand-holding.
We engineer, fabricate, and install custom window treatments and soft goods for Hospitality, Senior Living, Healthcare, and specialty environments where performance, durability, and execution matter.

Founded in 1972 as Lone Star Quilting, our company began as a domestic mill serving national retailers and major hotel brands. As global manufacturing shifted, we made a deliberate decision to focus on what we do best: engineered window treatments and large-scale soft goods for demanding commercial environments.
That focus became Tri-Tex.
Today, we are still family-owned and led by the third generation, combining deep manufacturing knowledge with modern automation and process-driven execution. Our production is based in Texas, giving our partners tighter control, faster response, and greater reliability than overseas-dependent supply chains.

Tri-Tex is not a textile mill.
We are a fabrication and execution partner. This allows us to integrate seamlessly into the design and procurement process while maintaining flexibility for ownership, purchasing agents, and brand standards.
We collaborate early, engineer intentionally, and fabricate with the end conditions in mind—so what’s specified is what performs on site.
