Healthcare planning

Start with the delivery model—not only the product list.

Routine Healthcare products move through distributor partners. The first useful conversation identifies the partner, ship-to destination, quantity, material requirements, schedule, and whether the request is supply-only or a qualified large-project installation.

Separate routine distribution from project-scale field work.

A replacement curtain order shipped through distribution is fundamentally different from a hospital-scale package with hundreds of tracks, multiple curtain sizes, measured conditions, staged installation, and turnover requirements.

Tri-Tex does not sell routine privacy products directly to individual medical offices. Routine orders ship through distributor partners to their distribution center or preferred destination. Installation is considered when Healthcare products are bundled into a broader coordinated project or form part of a substantial facility program.

01 · Partner

Which distributor is coordinating the order?

The distributor relationship, approved destination, and communication path are established before routine products are released.

02 · Program

What is shipping, where, and when?

Quantities, sizes, materials, labeling, packing, destination, and schedule define the supply program.

03 · Field scope

Does the scale justify installation?

Large facility packages are reviewed for field verification, access, phasing, installation, punch, and turnover.

Information that makes the first conversation productive.

  • Distributor partner and preferred ship-to destination.
  • Plans, room lists, curtain or opening quantities, and track details when applicable.
  • Material specification, stocked-program interest, Tri-Tex sourcing request, or COM status.
  • Required labeling, packing, delivery, material-release, and turnover dates.
  • For installation requests: facility location, access, working hours, existing conditions, and project-team protection requirements.
