Public-space treatments built to belong in the room.
At The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth, Tri-Tex’s work was concentrated in the public spaces—motorized shades, sheers, and decorative sheers executed within Rottet Studio’s award-winning interiors.

The scope stopped at the public spaces. The visibility did not.
Our work focused on the lobby, dining environments, and other shared spaces throughout the property, where the treatments are experienced at full scale.
Across those rooms, the package included a substantial amount of motorized treatments—shades and sheers—along with decorative sheers that operate as part of the interior composition, not simply as background material.
Design-led execution
Motorized performance, concealed inside a composed interior.
Rottet Studio’s public spaces move between quiet neutrals, warm metals, artful lighting, and richly patterned rooms. The window treatments had to support that range while remaining dependable in daily hospitality use.
Motorized shades manage large areas of glass without interrupting the clean architectural lines of the public rooms.
Sheers soften daylight, maintain visual connection, and give the tall window walls a finished, continuous edge.
In the Blue Room, decorative sheers bring pattern and atmosphere directly into the identity of the space.
Finished public spaces
One treatment package, three very different expressions.
From the bright lobby to the private dining room and the saturated Blue Room, the treatments respond to the character and daylight needs of each setting.

Technical scope that reads as design.
When motorization, fabrication, and installation are resolved correctly, the mechanics recede. What remains is the experience Rottet Studio intended: daylight shaped with precision, public rooms with presence, and fabric that feels inseparable from the architecture.
