Across the community

Different treatments answer the privacy, daylight, and finish needs of each room.

The project photography documents full-height drapery in a shared lounge and tailored valances in conference, resident-room, and dining settings.

Color and pattern shift with each space while the treatment proportions and finished presentation keep the rooms connected.

Documented project scope

A coordinated package from resident rooms to shared spaces.

Tri-Tex field-measured and installed decorative and functional treatments matched to the use of each room.

Resident + care spaces

Valances, blinds, and privacy systems.

Box-pleat valances in private and semi-private rooms; 2-inch FR faux-wood blinds in resident rooms, common areas, and the DON office; plus cubicle curtains, tiebacks, and track in semi-private rooms and physical therapy.

Shared spaces

Pleated drapery with decorative hardware.

Pleated side panels and drapes in the dining room, existing lobby, and new dayroom, coordinated with Valencia poles, brackets, rings, and Artichoke finials.

Project delivery

Measured and installed as one connected scope.

One field-measure trip and one installation trip covered the documented treatment package across the community.

Accessible bath condition

A ceiling-mounted curtain provides privacy while preserving an unobstructed shower opening.

The curtain retracts fully to support assisted access, while the patterned textile brings a more residential finish to a practical care setting. When a facility requires it, privacy curtains can be specified in cleanable, antimicrobial materials with documented performance appropriate to the project.
