The recent refresh

Drapery created a new experience without competing with the Mansion's history.

The latest work was a focused refresh of the restaurant and promenade—not a recent full-hotel renovation. Within spaces where many surfaces are historic, the design used sculptural drapery to introduce texture, soften the rooms, and create new zones without erasing the character that makes the Mansion distinctive.

Ink + Oro set the vision. Tri-Tex translated it into finished work where every fold, transition, and installation detail had to hold up at close range in a prominent luxury setting.

Restaurant + promenade refresh

A focused transformation inside a historic hotel.

The refresh reimagined the Mansion's classic dining room and promenade while working carefully around protected historic surfaces. Sculptural folds, layered textiles, and precisely placed treatments introduced warmth, rhythm, and new visual zones without competing with the architecture.

Tri-Tex executed the drapery in coordination with Ink + Oro's design, carrying the concept through the fabrication details, finished lengths, transitions, and installation required to make the rooms feel intentional from every angle.
