The Heights Senior Living
A coordinated public-area treatment package across independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments.

Broad public-area scope
Different spaces called for a coordinated family of treatments.
Tri-Tex's documented package included custom drapery and sheers, Roman and woven shades, decorative rods and heavy-duty hardware, operating batons and ADA rings where required, and custom pillows.
The work extended across lobby, dining, lounge, corridor, office, gallery cafe, art room, club room, studio, theater, assisted-living, and memory-care spaces. The goal was not one repeated treatment, but a consistent level of execution across many different daily-use environments.
Designed for daily life
Residential warmth, with performance built in.
Senior-living interiors have to feel welcoming while supporting privacy, daylight control, accessibility, and the demands of daily use. Tri-Tex matched each treatment to the way its space needed to look, feel, and function.
Soft sheers filtered daylight in social areas, Roman and woven shades added focused control, and durable hardware and operating details supported residents and staff. Across very different rooms, the finished package maintains one cohesive, comfortable point of view.
Turnkey responsibility
One accountable path from field condition to finished treatment.
Tri-Tex’s scope included field measurement, fabrication, installation, treatment schedules, elevations, shade information, and later pillow work. That connected scope matters in senior living, where the treatments must support privacy, daylight, accessibility, comfort, and ongoing operation at the same time.
