Property-wide scope

Motorization carried through the complete room program.

Tri-Tex delivered motorized window treatments throughout all 250 guestrooms and suites at The Post Oak Hotel. The scope also extended across the hotel's public areas, connecting the private-room experience with the spaces guests use throughout the property.

That breadth required the treatment package to work across repeated room conditions, suites, prominent shared spaces, and the operational demands of a luxury hotel.

Beyond the guestrooms

The soft-goods package continued to the pool and cabanas.

Tri-Tex fabricated cushions for the hotel's pool environment and soft goods for its private cabanas. These pieces brought the same project coordination into outdoor hospitality settings where appearance, fit, use, and exposure all matter.

The completed scope demonstrates Tri-Tex's ability to coordinate motorized window treatments, public-space work, and custom soft goods within one major luxury property.

From drawing to pool deck

Custom cushions were developed as a repeatable outdoor system.

The workroom record shows how the lounge cushions were translated from measured layouts and applied contrast details into finished pieces used throughout the pool environment.

Property context

A prominent Houston hotel with several distinct guest environments.

The 38-story, 700,000-square-foot tower combines 250 guestrooms and suites with extensive conference, dining, spa, public, pool, and cabana spaces. Tri-Tex's treatment and soft-goods scope followed that variety from the private rooms into the property's shared and outdoor settings.
