Connected performance
Traditional craftsmanship. Modern control.
The Sinclair transformed a historic downtown Fort Worth office tower into a 164-room Autograph Collection hotel. Its Power over Ethernet infrastructure connects the property's motorized drapery and roller shades to a responsive guestroom environment.
Tri-Tex delivered the finished window-treatment package and installation, bringing custom soft goods and connected motorization together within the hotel's exacting design.
The result
Historic character with technology built in.
The finished treatments add warmth and refinement to the guestrooms and public spaces while supporting the comfort, daylight control, and responsiveness expected from a modern luxury hotel.
